Moner Bondhu, a tech-based initiative in healthcare has launched state-of-the-art technology services-AI Assistant for the wellbeing of office employees. Through this service launched from Monday, the institution will provide primary mental health care from their respective locations, in addition to in-person and online counseling.

Moner Bondhu has created this new artificial assistant by creating its own GPT as per World Health Organization guidelines. At the initial stage, the AI Assistant understands the English language completely; But within the next three months, the Moner Bondhu AI assistant will be able to converse in Bengali language as well and inquire about the health of the mind. Moner Bondhu founder Tauhida Shiropa said that it was possible to launch this service through two consecutive years of research and development.

‘Using NLP, the AI assistant can now carry out conversations in English’, said Tawhida Shiropa. “85 percent of the task of understanding the Bengali language has been completed. It will be completely done within the next 3 months. For now, this service has been launched on a subscription basis for various organizations. Through this, if an employee is upset, he can share his thoughts with this AI assistant. But there will be no record of any of their conversations anywhere”. AIT will automatically analyze this encrypted conversation anonymously. Based on this, the mental health status of the employees of any department of the organization will be informed monthly to the human resource department. In this, how happy the employees are, how anxious or dissatisfied with the work environment, etc. will be known. Also, when an employee uses an AI assistant, it can act as a very attentive listener and give suggestions that the person likes or needs. At the same time any doctor will also share what is useful for him or her.
